Prolog (primar only)

Before starting with the actual Gymi preparation and the basic modules, AHA-Nachhilfe offers the so-called Prolog for primary school students. This module preceding the Gymi preparation course may also be attended by students who then will not continue with the Gymi preparation course. The Prolog contains basic training in maths and German.

In German, the focus is on improving the feeling for language. Vocabulary exercises and text comprehension are key aspects. In maths, we emphasise exercises in the field of fractions, word problems and measurements.

The Prolog takes place before the summer holidays at the end of 5th grade. For dates and times, please have a look the the Gymi course program (Primar ZH/Primar SZ). For Prolog courses, it is also possible to choose between Wednesday afternoon, Saturday morning or Saturday afternoon.

Alternatively, it is also possible to attend this module in a compact weekend course format at the end of the summer holidays:

  • Canton of Schwyz: calendar week 32 --> Monday - Thursday from 8.30 - 11.45 a.m.
  • Canton of Zürich: calendar week 34 --> Monday - Thursday from 8.30 - 11.45 a.m.
